Harold Lee

HAROLD LEE, CPA, CA, LPA

Managing Partner

Harold is a partner with over 25 years of condominium and non-profit audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory experience working with owner managed businesses.  Over the years, he has also worked in industry as Director of Finance and Controller for various fast 50 corporations in the Greater Toronto Area. He is a great resource for small to mid-sized businesses facing various accounting and managerial issues. 

Client accessibility is very important to Harold.  His clients especially value the attention, knowledge and consulting skills he offers as part of his relationship with them.  He develops strong relationships with ongoing communication in order to ensure that the highest quality and most relevant service is provided.

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Harold began his accounting career as an intern with a local mid-sized accounting firm.  He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004, then CPA designation in 2013 and has amassed a wealth of professional and volunteer experience within the profession and continues to build his knowledge through various professional development.

Greg Souter, CPA CA

Managing Partner

Greg is a partner with over 25 years of experience providing audit, tax and business advisory services to a variety of small businesses.  His practice focuses on providing auditing for condominium corporation clients, small business and personal tax services to individuals.  He enjoys explaining accounting and tax issues, providing clear, effective recommendations so that his clients fully understand the information needed to make the best decisions.  

Outside the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He enjoys travelling to various destinations around the world as well as participating in a round of golf.

Greg is a graduate of Queen’s University and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004, then CPA designation in 2013.  He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of The Ridley College Foundation.
